These terms are meant to establish a clear working relationship: legitimate use, honest representation, respect for data, and transparent expectations on both sides.
We expect users to be honest about identity, authority, and business activity. We hold AlignTide to the same standard when describing customers, security, partnerships, pricing, and product capabilities.
AlignTide is designed to help teams define objectives, track measurable outcomes, coordinate ownership, and maintain a practical weekly rhythm around OKRs.
The service is intended for legitimate business use. It is not designed to facilitate impersonation, deception, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized surveillance, or misuse of another person’s or organization’s information.
By creating an account, joining an organization, or otherwise using AlignTide, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use AlignTide on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and using reasonable care to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
You may not create accounts using false identities, impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your authority to act for a business, team, or customer.
You may use AlignTide to manage goals, objectives, Key Results, team updates, reporting, and related collaboration. You may not use the service to violate law, interfere with security, access data without authorization, distribute malicious code, abuse rate limits, scrape protected information, or attempt to bypass access controls.
We may restrict or suspend activity that creates a credible security, fraud, abuse, or legal risk for AlignTide, our infrastructure, or other users.
AlignTide itself is committed to avoiding fabricated testimonials, fake customer logos, misleading certifications, invented partnerships, or unsupported claims about product capabilities.
Users must follow the same basic standard of honesty when using the service. Do not use AlignTide to falsify business records, create deceptive progress reports, misstate identity, conceal unauthorized activity, or knowingly mislead third parties.
You retain ownership of the content and business information you submit to AlignTide, subject to any rights held by your organization or other applicable parties.
You grant AlignTide the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, secure, back up, and otherwise operate the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your organization’s objectives, check-ins, strategy, or internal business content merely because it is stored in the service.
AlignTide may use AI to assist with check-ins, classification, summaries, and risk signals. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate.
You remain responsible for business decisions made from AI-assisted output. AlignTide should support judgment, not replace accountable human review for material decisions.
We work to protect the service through access control, managed infrastructure, secure development practices, and testing. No online service can guarantee that security incidents will never occur.
If you discover a potential vulnerability, please report it to hello@aligntide.com and avoid accessing, changing, or disclosing other users’ data. Good-faith security reports are encouraged.
AlignTide is under active development. Features may change, improve, be delayed, or be removed as we validate the product with real teams.
We will try to communicate material changes clearly, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every planned feature will ship on a specific date unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Where paid plans are offered, pricing, billing intervals, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions will be shown before purchase. We do not want payment terms hidden behind vague sales language.
Early-access pricing displayed on the website may be an assumption under validation until commercial launch. A price shown as provisional should not be interpreted as a guaranteed lifetime rate.
AlignTide welcomes legitimate partnerships with consultants, implementation specialists, communities, and teams that can create measurable value for users.
A partnership exists only when it is actually agreed. Neither AlignTide nor a third party may publicly imply endorsement, customer status, or a commercial relationship that has not been established.
You may stop using AlignTide at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, fraud, security abuse, unlawful conduct, persistent non-payment, or conduct that puts other users or the platform at unreasonable risk.
Where reasonable and safe, we prefer clear communication and an opportunity to correct ordinary issues before termination. Serious fraud or security abuse may require immediate action.
AlignTide is a collaboration and goal-management tool. It is not legal, financial, accounting, employment, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will be error-free or suitable for every specific business purpose. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after an applicable change may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
